Every Journey Matters – Peacechild

Getting the kids to make environmentally conscious decisions by using sustainable means of commuting.

Every Journey Matters is the website accompanying the publication produced in partnership with Transport for London and is written, edited and designed by a team of young people at Peace Child International and it explores the idea of sustainable transport.

The accompanying website needed to be full of information about sustainable transport. There are stories from kids around the world, as well as nearer to home and they are encouraged to contribute their stories to the website. There are also games, quizzes, competitions and some cool activities, and for teachers there are downloadable KS2 lesson plans to explore sustainable transport as part of the National Curriculum.
